QUALIFYING DIAGNOSES FOR THE MEDICAL USE OF MARIJUANA
The following diagnoses are ones that we have used to certify patients for the medical use of marijuana. The conditions qualify for the program when they interfere significantly with activities of daily living. The regulations governing medical marijuana in the State do not specify the conditions that can be used for certification, but they do name nine diagnoses that clearly qualify (marked with *).
